1. General

Why should I sign up / join?
TelevisionX.com offers a great selection of exclusive hardcore videos, featuring the biggest names in the UK adult industry, only accessible online, on mobile, on tablets and other connected devices. You can subscribe online or, if you subscribe through Sky or Freeview in the UK, access as part of your TV subscription.

How do I sign up / join?

Will my credit / debit card details be safe?
Yes, we use a 3rd party billing company called Sage Pay operating a fully PCI compliant system.

Can I try before I buy?
Yes, just sign up to our 30 day free trial, you can cancel at any time during the trial or if you like the service do nothing and it will convert to a full subscription automatically after the trial finishes.

Is there a limit on the amount of content I can watch within any given period?
No, once you have activated your membership you can access all the video content available on the website. We do not charge by the minute nor do we restrict you to purchasing movie tickets for a single film or programme.

How often is new content uploaded to the site?
New video content is uploaded daily to the website.

Can I download videos from TelevisionX.com?
No. Currently TelevisionX.com only offers the facility to watch streamed video content.

Can I upload my own content?
At present you cannot upload your own content.

If I subscribe online, do I get free access to the TV channels?
No, TV subscribers get free access to the website, but it does not work the other way round. For more information about our TV + online subscription packages click here .

What sites do I get access to when I join?
When you join you get access to two hardcore services, TelevisionX.com and RedHotHard.com

Can I watch using my mobile/tablet?
Yes TelevisionX.com and RedHotHard.com are compatible with most major mobile phones and tablets

Can I download TelevisionX/RedHotHard as an app?
No we are currently not available as an app, however if you are using an apple device you can set a desktop shortcut to access us quickly and easily.

2. Registration / Activation Problems

I don't seem to be receiving any emails from TelevisionX.com?
The emails we are sending you are probably being flagged as spam or filed to your junk mail folder. To avoid this happening, add support@televisionx.com to your address book or friends list.

Why do you need to verify my age?
As an ATVOD regulated company we can only offer access to hardcore material online if we can confirm you are over 18, this is to protect minors from inadvertently accessing inappropriate material. To verify your access we use may search the files of credit reference agencies and other third party data providers. If we are unable to verify your age with these checks we may ask for a passport number or driving licence number to confirm your age. If we are unable to verify your age we will be unable to provide access to the content.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
If you've forgotten your password or username, follow the Retrieve Password link, enter your email address and we'll email your password to you.

What login details do I need?
You need to have an active email address and a password. If you are a customer prior to November 2010 you would have needed a username and password. The first time you login you can use your old username and password. You will then be sent to your 'My Account' page where you will be asked to update your email address. We will then send you an email with a link in it to confirm your email address.

Why do you use email addresses now as opposed to usernames?
All email addresses are unique so it prevents duplication of accounts and means you can sign up and login with the same credentials across a number of our sites.

3. Payment

I subscribed for 24 hours, how can I tell when my subscription runs out?
Your subscription is immediately active once your payment has been processed. From that point onwards you have 24 hours access.

4. Tv Subscribers: UK and Ireland Only

I've already subscribed to the TV channels, do I need to sign up to the website?
If you are a subscriber on Sky, Freeview or YouView, access to TelevisionX.com and RedHotHard.com is free of charge. However you will still need to create a user account on the website and activate your membership by entering your Sky card details/freeview registered phone number to access our hardcore content. If you subscribe to Youview select please login here using your YouView details.

I'm a Television X subscriber, do I get free access to RedHotHard.com?
Yes, you get access to both sites.

I'm a Red Hot Pay Per Night Customer, do I get free access to TelevisionX.com and RedHotHard.com?
No, only subscribers get access to both sites. You can upgrade your TV subscription by calling 0871 271 6869*.

I subscribe to the Television X on Freeview, do I get free access to TelevisionX.com and RedHotHard.com?
Yes, you can get free access here

I subscribe to the Television X on YouView, do I get free access to TelevisionX.com?
Yes, you can get free access here, you do not need to create an online account just login with your youview details

I'm receiving the message 'Your account is not active'?
This means we have been unable to verify your entitlement to free access as the details you have provided do not match with those on your TV account. Please ensure you have entered your personal details accurately, if you have recently moved or updated your sky equipment you may need to call our customers service team to update your details, you can do this on 0871 271 3505* If you get this message and you can go no further; please use the contact form (link in the footer) so we can help verify your account.

I have entered my Sky card number, postcode and surname but the site says my details don't does not match?
For data protection purposes we need to be able to match the details you provide with those given when you signed up on TV. I live in the Republic Of Ireland and don't have a postcode. I can't activate my account, what should I do?
If you live in the Republic Of Ireland, when you are asked to enter your Sky card details, enter ROI in the postcode field.

I've already signed up for Red Hot Web TV, can I use the same username / password to log into Television X Web TV?

Yes, one account allows you to access both sites.

5. Technical Requirements

Do I need broadband to watch TelevisionX.com?
Yes, you will need either a broadband internet connection or a strong 3G signal for optimum video playback.

Do I need any specific software installed to watch TelevisionX.com?
TelevisionX.com is compatible with most major browsers we thoroughly test and support the following browsers Internet Explorer 7,8 & 9, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera. To view our video streams, you may need to install Adobe Flash Player for Windows. This is available as a free download from the Adobe website.

6. Video / Audio Playback Problems

I'm having problems with video / audio playback?
If you are experiencing any problems viewing our video streams, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player for Windows - currently Version 10 - installed on your PC. This is available as a free download from the Adobe website.

What happens if I have paid but I cannot access the hardcore video content?

7. Account preferences

You ask for my email address when I sign up, can I opt out of mailings?
Yes, when you sign up, make sure you uncheck the box where it says 'Do you wish to receive emails from Television X?'.

You keep sending me promotional emails, how do I unsubscribe from future mailings?
You can unsubscribe from further promotions by using the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails that we send you.

I've changed my email address, how do I update it?
To update your email address, login to TelevisionX.com, click on My Account and enter your new email address and click on save.

Can I update the password you sent me to something I can remember?
To update your password, login to TelevisionX.com, click on My Account and enter your new password (twice for verification purposes) and press save.

8. Cancellation

How do I cancel my monthly subscription to TelevisionX.com?
Please go to you 'My Account' page, select account settings, select account configuration, select account status and follow the cancellation option.
